She too holds a fan (though a different type) as Tingyun does as her weapon. Tingyun has hair sticks similarly protruding from the bottom of her hair. She has multiple hair sticks in her protruding from the bottom (and two on the top).
This is further supported by how the boss's design greatly features traits of Tingyun and Foxian. She also doesn't refer to herself in reference to the powers of abundance. I believe Phantylia kept Tingyun's body so as to use it to destroy the Xianzhou, as what would be a greater irony than the beast that destroys the Xianzhou being a Foxian native. "But all I lost was a body stolen on a whim." (after she was defeated) The miracles of Abundance live up to the name. "Benefactors, behold this beautiful body. In the boss fight against Phantylia the Undying, Phantylia says: Normally Phantylia's mode of operandi would lead her to leave the body. Wouldn't it be more in line with her destructive nature to leave Tingyun's remains behind as a display of power?" "But if that body belonged to the real Tingyun, it does raise the question of why Phantylia would go to such lengths to destroy evidence of her. "Phantylia revels in watching a corrupted mind eating away its host from inside out, until the obliteration of both is achieved." and seeks pleasure in witnessing the self-destruction of mortals." "She's one of seven Lord Ravagers who serve Nanook. When Tingyun is killed in front of us, her body is taken away.
Some of us are hopeful that she is alive somewhere in space, and I am here to crush that hope as I have near absolute certainty that Tingyun is dead. As we are all in mourning of our favorite foxian girl, Tingyun.
